1.Blueberry Smoothie

Material: Vegetable protein powder one spoon; sugar-free non-dairy plant milk/syrup (almond, hazelnut, coconut, etc) half cup; frozen blueberry half cup; almond paste half spoon; and water (not necessary).

 

Method: put all the material in blender and mix until smooth.
